Our managers are required to attend seminars and keep abreast of the latest developments in the community association field. We believe education is critical – both for our staff and our Board members, so we sponsor annual seminars for our clients and invite guest speakers to discuss topics relevant to our field.

Our Community Association Managers are required to seek a CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) designation. This shows a person who has made a commitment to the community association management profession. To successfully complete one of these designations, the manager must complete four educational courses and execute the Manager Code of Ethics.

We have an impressive database that tracks anything you can imagine. We are now also offering e-statements and the ability to pay their assessments online to our homeowners.
